Clear Braces in Bozeman
Straighten your teeth discreetly with clear aligners designed around your smile, bite, and goals.
SureSmile Clear Aligners
As a SureSmile dentist based in Bozeman, Dr. Bond focuses on careful diagnosis and digital planning, so you know what to expect before you begin.
We start by discussing your dental goals, then use SureSmile clear aligners and digital planning to show you a preview of your expected results before treatment begins.
Clear aligner therapy can also improve tooth position before dental restorations, reducing the amount of tooth preparation needed for veneers or crowns and helping restorations fit and function better long-term.
What Clear Aligners Can Address
Mild to moderate crowding or spacing
Minor rotation and tipping
Relapse after past orthodontics
Select bite concerns
Improving how your teeth fit together can improve chewing comfort, make teeth easier to clean, and help lower the long-term risk of gum disease and tooth decay.
When your teeth fit together more evenly, jaw muscle strain may decrease, which can help reduce jaw soreness, facial tension, and certain types of headaches.
We often coordinate tooth movement with bonding, veneers, or whitening to enhance your overall result. By improving tooth position first, we can achieve better esthetic outcomes with less tooth preparation.
Complex skeletal issues or severe crowding may be better served by traditional braces or an orthodontic specialist. We’ll tell you clearly whether clear aligners make sense for your case, or if another option is a better fit.
Digital Planning and Visualization
We use SureSmile digital scans and 3D planning to map your tooth movement step by step. You’ll see a preview of your expected results and timeline before you commit.
This planning also helps us coordinate alignment with any cosmetic work or teeth whitening you’re considering, so timing and shade matching stay consistent.
What To Expect With Clear Braces
After your consultation, we create your personalized treatment plan based on photos, digital scans, and a bite assessment.
You’ll wear clear aligners 20–22 hours per day, changing to the next set every 1–2 weeks. Small tooth-colored attachments may be placed to help the aligners grip teeth, and gentle enamel shaping can create space for precise movement.
You’ll remove the aligners to eat and drink (except water), then brush and floss before reinserting them. We schedule brief check-ins every few weeks to keep treatment on track.
Treatment Timeline
Many adult cases finish in about 6 to 8 months, though timelines vary based on complexity and how consistently you wear your aligners. If you have an event on the calendar, tell us early so we can plan milestones around it.
